This position is responsible for analysing, designing, developing and evaluating learning programs and curricula that provide our clients with the knowledge and skills required to achieve results. Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills are pivotal as customer-facing engagements are an integral part of the role.

Candidates must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design (or a related field) and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Senior Instructional Designer.
