RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER

Applicants for the position should be flexible and energetic. Must show ability to work under pressure and have a genuine desire to make people happy. A positive attitude and leadership ability to manage a team is also required.

Department: Top Floor

Applicants should have:

- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum experience of 5 years in a similar environment
- Passion and knowledge for food and wine
- The desire to learn
- Training and motivating skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Previous experience at similar level
