Excellent communicators with a natural ability and flair for customer service, Front of House defines guest service and is the central hub of the hotel where no two days are ever the same.

Working within a Front of House team offers numerous opportunities to work with colleagues across all areas of the hotel and gain real exposure into how a hotel business operates.

To be a successful Receptionist you will have outstanding customer service skills and a genuine passion for service delivery and creating an excellent customer experience. A natural, confident communicator and excellent team player, you will be quick thinking and responsive with the ability to adapt to changing guests’ needs. You may already have gained experience within a similar role and will be confident using standard PC packages, and although experience working with computerised systems would be beneficial this is not essential.
