Our client is a leading NHS organisation based in Middx who are actively looking to recruit for a interim Financial Analyst for the next 3 months. Reporting directly into the Assistant Finance Director you will be responsible for the following duties:

To performance monitor consortiums and oversee invoicing arrangements and to assist the Assistant FD

Action all debtor invoice requisitions and processing of creditor invoicing including reconciliation
Debtor chasing to ensure adequate cash flow
Dealing with invoice queries
Ensure general ledger is accurate and up to date on a monthly basis
Monitor and understand team budget
Deputise for AFD regarding finance issues in his absence
Ad-hoc analysis
Production of cash flow statement and manage payments and receipts to ensure month end position is as stated
Responsibilty for the quarterly agreement of balances exercise
Management of the accounts payable function
Management of accounts receivable regarding all cash allocations
Lead user for e financials and business objects

Ideally the candidate will need to be Part Qualified CCAB, and have good financial accounting & analytical skills. You will need to have outstanding communication skills along with advanced Excel.

Previous NHS experience will be useful but not essential. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain more experience within the specialised commissioning area
