If you are looking to get in shape for a holiday or special event, take up a new sport, or arrange a fun sports party, we can help! Sam is a highly experienced and qualified professional fitness & multi-sport coach. Along with his team, he can offer the following services:


• Wedding/holiday programmes (varying from 8 – 12 week plans)
• Soccer, Tennis, Tag Rugby Coaching (ranging from beginner, intermediate and semi-professional athlete levels for children and adults)
• Individual or group sports/fitness sessions
• Corporate fitness coaching/sports days
• Children’s sports themed parties

Personal Training Services

We can come to your local park or home for training sessions, or train you at our fitness studio in Kensington, Russell Gardens – the choice is entirely yours. Wherever you train, you can benefit from a good workout involving cardio training, body toning, weight loss programs and much more! Sam’s experience as a private fitness coach and sports consultant combined with his professional and easygoing approach will help you look great and feel like a new person!
Prices start from £40/ hour at our Kensington studio, and £35 p/hour at your local park or your home.


Sports Coaching Programmes

Whether you play sport for fun or take it more seriously, we can take your enjoyment for sport to the next level. We cater for both adults and children of all levels by offering training in basic/advanced skills, coordination drills, technical work, pre-season programs, and on-and-off field training. Sam can also assess the levels of improvement in your chosen sport and develop customised programs for your sports and fitness regime. We strongly believe in catering for a person’s individual needs, so we are happy to provide a FREE initial consultation. This would include a training regime specific to you, with the option of nutrition-based support.

Prices start from £25 per hour for sports coaching.


Children’s Sports Parties

If you have a child aged 5 or above, then we can help make your party the talk of the playground!

Our parties are well planned, and carried out by FA qualified coaches who are CRB cleared to work with children. Fun competitions, including penalty shoot-outs, training circuits, skills and tricks games, mini matches and tournaments are all included, with bonus prizes for the players too!

We can accommodate for parties of all sizes. Parties with 10 or less children start from £155, whilst a party of 11 or more children starts from £200.
