Young Adults Support Worker £7 to £8 per hour

If so, we can offer you challenging and exciting opportunities in working with young people. You will need to have an understanding of the issues impacting on the lives of young people and should be able to encourage them to respond to their interests and needs.

At Precious Homes, our transition service is setting the professional pace with a constant stream of imaginative ideas and fresh initiatives. We now need people with a genuine interest in supporting young people to join us

You will use your excellent interpersonal skills to engage young people in constructive activities. You will need to demonstrate flexibility, patience and commitment. Your ability to understand and communicate effectively with young people in the 17-25 age groups will be essential, and previous experience of working with young people or community groups would be useful.

There are a number of permanent posts from 17 hours per week up to 35 hours. We also wish to recruit relief staff for work as and when required. The posts include daytime, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers on a Rota basis.
