We are looking for a reliable band/artist to fill up some slots on a permanent basis at our rehearsal space at Rooz Studios, 2A Corsham Street, London N1..only 1 minute away from Old Street tube.

Rooz is a vibrant, family run rehearsal studio complex in a superb central location.

Your slots would be every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, starting immediately

The studio is open 11am-11pm weekdays, while Saturdays can be booked in advance any time from 11am-11pm.

Rent would be £360 per month, paid at the start of each month by bank transfer.

You would be sharing with two other bands. It's a small room large enough for a 4 piece band. There is already a lot of equipment in the room so this would be ideal if you don't have too much equipment..there is some space for a few extra guitars and your own drum kit.

Mackie PA system provided for vocals and keys. You would be welcome to use our guitar amps and bass amp.

We are looking for a serious band or artist that is looking for a long-term rehearsal space and that will pay rent on time at the start of every month.
