Responsibilities
• Architect, develop and maintain back-end development for a suite of existing and new products,
principally our X product
• Further develop in-house IS systems, including a CRM system, Finance and Communications systems.
• Join the team in maintaining our in-house data centre, pro-actively delivering maximum flexibility to our
products and customers, alongside a conscious requirement for maximum security.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure products are delivered to the highest standard.
• Take pro-active action to improve our product portfolio using informed commercial decisions to prioritise
your time.
• Contribute to key decisions and meetings that ensure our continued fast growth, by providing
enthusiastic and optimistic expert opinion and contribution.

Requirements
• Strong, confident determined communication skills
• Solid pro-active and keen willingness to document and structure code, allowing for continued team
expansion. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Pro-active, hands on, self-motivated personality, happier working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Creative and astute in developing innovative applications that serve a commercial purpose.
• A keen understanding and proven project/graduate experience of VB, SQL, ASP and all basic web and SQL
skills (HTML, JavaScript, DTS Packages, ADO, RDO etc).
• Ideally, a keen interest of other back-end technologies and Operating Systems, including one or more of
the following: Linux, Java, JSP, MySQL, PHP, XML, XSLT, XML-
