Continued success at Pervasic with winning new customers has created a great opportunity for top flight Mobile Applications developers to join the A-team in mobile software. You will be at the heart of the company working as part of our HQ development team. You will take responsibility for designing and building mobile applications for blue chip UK, US and European customers. This is your chance to work with the latest mobile devices, latest software and market leading mobile capabilities to develop your career further in the top flight.

The successful candidates will be responsible for multiple applications on projects typically lasting 3 to 6 months from conception, development, acceptance, integration, piloting and handover to operations for long term support. This role is based in our London City Office, EC2. Candidates will be seriously considered where their CV highlights specific experience in the following areas:

• Great academic background to at least degree level
• Early technology adopter - gets new technology quickly; adopts it to new uses
• Working with an established code base - open or closed source
• Working in a constrained target environment such as mobile devices
• Passion for programming with at least two years demonstrable experience
• Ability to analyse issues and to implement solutions in a rapid development / high quality environment
• A keen eye for the customer at all times; setting realistic expectation and then delivering to those expectations, what ever it takes

Priority for interview will be given to candidates who can show high level of achievement in the following:

• Advanced JavaScript & DHTML
• Database/SQL
• CSS
•Ability to contribute to the team, setting and working to common standards, using and building shared code

Desirable skills which are not essential but may give you the edge:
• Exposure to Windows Mobile V5 or/and V6
• Exposure to server side web development
• Exposure to Eclipse or Aptana IDE
