A fantastic opportunity has arisen within this Famous & Trendy Group of restaurants for a talented and passionate Sous Chef

This Sous Chef opportunity is within a casual dining restaurant that serves Mediterranean and Italian fresh food in a relaxed, friendly & professional environment. It caters for all meals, including breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.

You will be an existing Sous chef with a good knowledge of the Branded Restaurant industry
You will have 2 years experience in a branded high volume restaurant within a Sous chef role
You will have the ability to work under pressure have strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of the branded market, and be familiar with financial aspects of the job and back office duties
You will be willig to learn, teach & listen and be gifted with great people skills
