In good condition, comes with mains lead and firewire cable and all manuals. Also the software CD, but I think there are more recent versions on the Yamaha website.

An amazing piece of kit that works with Mac or PC, and is a digital mixer with DSP/effects built-in, MLAN audio interface with multiple ins and outs, and a DAW controller too. It's a bit of a cliche, but it really is a studio-in-a-box!

Priced to sell quickly, there are 2 on ebay at the moment - one is £500 and one is £700, so you are getting a bargain!
