I would like to organise a meet up group for people who are interested in self-development and spirituality. It might be a good way to find new friends, too.
I want people to meet regularly, say once in 3 or 4 weeks, in my house in North Finchley, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, with light food and hot drinks available.

Every person has something interesting going on inside. Every period of our life we are looking for something, questioning something and longing for the answers, trying different things, adjusting our behaviour to match some new understanding. Sometimes it goes well, sometimes not so well... We meet new people, get new impressions. Some of them are easy to digest, but some are too overwhelming... We live in London, we go to work, we have families and children, we are constantly busy, we are doing just fine... But there is no time to talk really about what's inside, about what's bothering or motivate us... In this country we would have to pay money to be heard.

So, my advert is for those who wants to talk, to listen and to be heard in non judgemental environment, for those who would like to revitalise their inner self through mindful communication.
Everybody's welcome - couples, singles, parents or not, - any age, any background... But it is definitely not for those who are just bored.

I am setting up a day in 4 weeks time, 28st November, when our first meeting will take place.
