The Blackbird is one of Fuller's Ale & Pie pubs, ideally located within a short distance of Earls Court tube station. It has an outstanding reputation for great beer and an excellent range of pies and other traditional British dishes.

We are now looking for a full-time second chef to join the kitchen team.

Some kitchen experience would be preferred but is not essential. However, you will be positive, enthusiastic and punctual, and have the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Duties will involve the day to day running of the kitchen in the chefs absence, to include stock taking, ordering and ensuring GP's are met, You will also cover 2 days per week as Kitchen Porter. (note, Some heavy lifting will be involved.)


Full-time, approx 40-50 hours per week. This will usually be worked on 4 all day shifts and one evening, on a 5 over 7 day rota.

We offer an excellent working environment and opportunity to develop your skills, The rate of pay will be £6.75 per hour with uniform and free meals included.Training will also be provided.
