Food & Beverage Manager

A fantastic opportunity for a Food & Beverage Manager at The Rubens on the Palace Hotel, located on Buckingham Palace Road.

As Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for all the food & beverage outlets including the conference and banqueting and kitchen team.

With an exceptional eye for detail as Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for maintaining high standards ensuring consistancy of service and product. This is a busy operation so you must be experienced in managing a multi-outlet hotel, currently have responsibilty for cost control and ideally have managed a kitchen team. You will use your financial acumen to develop the management team to ensure targets are reached.

With a team of 70 you must have the ability to motivate, appraise and manage people effectively.Your knowledge of gastronomic food and wine in the deluxe 4 star markets must be comprehensive and you will use your creativity as Food & Beverage Manager to produce new ideas for F&B initiatives and promotions.

The Rubens on the Palace Hotel is a stunning four star luxury property located opposite Buckingham Palace Road and a short walking distance from Victoria station.
