What we want!
We are looking for a full time senior receptionist to join our team at Shoreditch House. The ideal candidate will be warm and welcoming, confident and impeccably groomed with strong managerial experience. Your role will involve coordinating a large team of part time and full time receptionists in addition to being the face of Shoreditch House and building a strong rapport with our members.

You will be manning a busy and demanding reception desk, signing in members and answering queries either face to face or over the phone. Further, candidates must be confident in training staff and leading staff, particularly with regards to the Shoreditch House service ethos. We are seeking individuals with unpretentious, quality backgrounds.

Due to the pending opening of 27 luxury bedrooms, high end hotel experience is ESSENTIAL. We are looking for those who will go the extra mile to satisfy our members’ and guests’ requirements at all times.

Salary
Salary will start at approximately £9 - £10 per hour.
