123 Bethnal green Road is a new boutique opening November 09. Located on the corner of Brick Lane (and Bethnal Green Road) East London. The store will stock in house designers '123'and 'Noki' plus other labels.

All designers will have a sustainable and ethical ethos to their garments, with a high focus on fashion as well. All manufacturing takes place in London as such you will be in constant contact with the design and production team advising them on stock requirements, relaying customer’s feedback and advising on trends.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring every member of the sales team provides exceptional customer service
- Managing stock levels based on sales activity
- Staff training and development
- Responsibility for Visual Merchandising
- Strong Management Skills

You must be commercially aware, be willing to work as part of a growing team. An ability to maximise customer loyalty and build a core customer client base is essential.

Excellent numerical, analytical and PC skills are required.

A creative flair and passion for the fashion industry is a must!

Salary depending on experience.
