Our client, one of today's leading infrastructure, building and business services companies, are recruiting for a new and exciting post. They require a number of Control Centre Operators, to join their organisation.
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service and communication skills, and also have previous experience of control room or call handling.
This role will require you to -
Answer and respond to incoming requests.
Monitor the progress of response to incoming requests.
Liaise with internal departments and third parties
Maintain comprehensive records of all activities
Maintain quality management systems
Support new members of staff
And is a permanent role working 12hr shifts of two day and two night shifts, with four days off.
Salary: £22,000-25,000pa
Start date: ASAP
