Here goes:

I have a large detached 3/4 bed hse in a quiet cul a sac private road, in NW10 this is between East Acton & Harlesden ( I do not live in Harlesden) I am near North Acton and have a large Makro near me, shops & train station are a 7 min walk away, buses are 5 mins, Large Asdas is a 5 min drive. The hse has just had a new kitchen & bathroom fitted by the housing assoc, my garden is a very good size & includes patio.

Downstairs: A hall, stairs, a good size sitting room with large windows, a large dining room with door that leads to garden, large cupboard which holds a chest freezer & dryer & coats, toilet, kitchen which is a good size to cook & move around.

Upstairs: 2 x Bedrooms are Doubles & the single room is a good size i.e. I have bunk beds and there is room for children’s toy’s, wardrobes etc , landing with an airing cupboard and large double cupboard, Bathroom with bath/Shower & toilet.

Attic with loads of storage space.

Due to ill health I am looking for a one level 2 bedroom BUNGALOW or Small house I am NOT interested in 3 bed house, (PLZ no FLATS) it needs to have a dining room, good size garden that can accommodate 2 sheds, quiet area and good neighbours a must, off road parking would be a bonus.

I would be interested in Ruislip, Middlesex, SW London, Surrey & possibly other areas.

I am not interested in housing ESTATES thank you, private roads only,NO FLATS PLZ.
