Customer Services Advisor 20k per annum

Fitbug.com is a vibrant, well-established company at the forefront of online health and wellbeing. We are currently looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our customer services team to deal with our members enquiries online, and over the phone.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls and emails.
- Deal with daily administration tasks.
- Assist in ad-hoc office duties.

In order to be considered for this role you must:

- Have at least 2-3 years customer services experience.
- Self-motivating.
- Understand the qualities required to provide exceptional customer services.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Work well in a team environment.
- An interest in health and well-being preferred, but not essential.
- Available to start mid-November.
