We require a Plumber for one of our main contractor clients based within the North West London area. The main duties of this position will be to provide, reactive maintenance, new installations, pipe work and preventative maintenance works to the local social housing stock.

The suitable candidate will have his own van and tools.

To be successful of this position it is essential that you hold a minimum of a City & Guilds, possess proven experience within Social Housing maintenance and excellent communication skills. This position is ideal for a Plumber looking for a long-term contract with the possibility of going permanent with a Social Housing Contractor.
