I am a 31 year old female looking for a double room in a friendly and clean and tidy house:) Ideally I would like to find somewhere in the Teddington, Kingston, Surbiton vicinity. I am very considerate and always wash my dishes and tidy up and hope my new housemates are similar. I am easy going and have a good sense of humour. I don't mind if you have pets either.

I work and study at Kingston uni so it would be great if the house/flat was near bus routes and maybe cycling distance too.

On that note I own a bicycle and a car so would need space to park both.

I am looking for something that is around the £380-£430 pcm mark and preferably something that includes bills.
