The Summer Intership programme was created to attract the brightest and most driven penultimate year undergraduates through a combination of top quartile pay, a dedicated training programme and attractive promotion prospects at the end of the internship.

The role will entail:
1. Negotiating rental prices and liaising with clients
2. Conducting viewings
3. Coordinating property marketing
4. Handling inbound tenant calls

Features of programme:
1. £400 per week
2. 6 days a week
3. Start date: 2 June
4. Duration: 12 weeks
5. Potential offer of full time position post graduation

The ideal candidate will:
1. Be in penultimate year of undergrad degree from a good university and strong academic track record
2. Have excellent interpersonal and numerical skills
3. Possess a full UK driving licence
