ICT Teacher required for top school based in West London. It is an initial short term contract, but if you prove yourself to be an outstanding teacher, the position will turn permanent.

A Teacher of ICT with the ability to teach Business Studies is an ideal, great rates of pay, converting to a great salary with a London fringe benefit. You will join an over-subscribed, High Performing Specialist School with Specialist Status in Business and Enterprise and Applied Learning. They are an all ability, 11-18, multi-cultural, mixed comprehensive with easy access to London and the M25.

For ICT at KS4 the school works to OCR Nationals and a KS5 GCSE Applied ICT (AS & A2). Business is taught as BTEC First (KS4) and BTEC National (KS5), both of these courses are 100% coursework.
There will also be some KS3 teaching in Business and ICT but schemes of work are written they need someone who is able to engage students and motivate them.

To be suitable for this position you must meet the following criteria:
- Outstanding classroom practitioner
- Ability to teach KS3 to KS5
- Experience of teaching ICT (and ideally Business Studies)
- The full right to work in the UK
- Recognised teaching qualifications
- 2 education related references
- Overseas police check (if applicable)
- A current CRB or willingness to undertake one (A* Star provides FREE CRB checks)
