Caleb Samuels are a dynamic, independent Lettings Agency based in East Dulwich SE22 and are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator (and/or a Senior Lettings Negotiator with relevant experience and aspirations of running a busy lettings department) to assist in enhancing market share and increasing annual turnover. A proven track record of hitting targets, excellent negotiating skills and a high ratio of winning instructions are essential for this role.

Skills Required:

• A minimum of 12 months experience within an established agency
• Ability to multi task and prioritise efficiently.
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attitude towards management, other staff members and customers.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Computer literacy with quick typing skills.
• Ability to work long hours and give up weekends to hit targets
• Clean UK Driving License and own presentable car
• Ability to consistently achieve realistic targets

* Basic plus commission (OTE £25 - £30K)
