Sales and Business Development London South East

We are looking for a Sales Manager - Business Development for the UK.

OTE year £60-100k

You role will be to secure additional clients in medium to large companies for our range of leadership and management training courses. This is a pure sales role and requires the successful candidate to develop long-term business relationships with target budget holders. In the larger companies this is likely to be the Head of Learning and Development, HR Director and in medium sized companies the MD or HR Director.

We are looking for a Sales professional who can open doors, influence at high level, network effectively and quickly build a pipeline. Experience in dealing with Senior HR executives and Board Directors will be required. You will attend a comprehensive induction programme including client visits, full product training, attendance on Mitchell Phoenix Management programmes and sales training commensurate with experience.

The package will be salary + commission with a starting salary and generous commission rates. You will be able to sell single public programme places valued at £2500 to £4500 and large in-house projects up to and beyond £250,000 in value. No cap on earnings, OTE year 2 < £60 - 80k

This is the first appointment of a dedicated Sales force in the UK, we expect the successful candidate to first grow the business and second build and manage a sales team across the UK within 5 years.
