HHC London Ltd (Heat Premier Hospitality Recruitment) has worked in permanent chef recruitment for the last six years, working with some of the leading restaurants and hotels in the capital and the United Kingdom.

We have recently set up a temporary / casual chef division to our business to supply restaurants, hotels, high end event caterers, members clubs and gastro pubs.

If you are a Chef de Partie or above and have a background in Rosette / Michelin star restaurants, High End Event Caterers and 4/5 Star Hotels we would be keen to talk to you.

Work could be on an ongoing basis or a day here or there around your full time job it is up to you.

Basically you can work as much or as little as you want; for as long as you want to!

FREELANCE AND SELF EMPLOYED chefs are very welcome; all you need is your own public liability insurance which we can arrange for you.

Roles start at £9/£10 - £13/14 per hour + holiday pay for standard PAYE chefs.
Or
Roles start at £10/11 -£14/15 per hour for Self Employed / Ltd Company chefs.

•You must have a minimum of 3-4 years relevant industry experience
•Passport/Visa (Proof of ability to work in the United Kingdom)
•Up to date Basic health and Hygiene Certificate or Intermediate/Advanced health and Hygiene Certificate
•A minimum of two written or telephone referees/references
•Working if not fluent English.
