EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A TALENTED CHEF/COOK - WEEKDAYS ONLY

We are a fashion company in Kew TW9 (Kew Gardens Underground) looking to recruit an experienced Chef/Cook for our informal in-house dining room, producing lunch for approx 60-70 staff 4 days per week. Hours are 9.30-5.00 Monday-Thursday. This is an exciting role for an experienced chef/cook with a restaurant/catering background who is happy to run their own kitchen.

You should have experience of:

- writing & executing daily-changing & seasonal menus
- using fresh produce from established suppliers
- producing one main course per day with side orders & a vegetarian alternative
- good stock management & maintaining a clean & organised kitchen
- food hygiene and safety regulations & procedures
- catering & executing canapé/finger buffets (for our press launches twice a year)

Plus you should have:

- a smart appearance, fluent English (& ideally a full UK Drivers Licence)
- a willingness to fit into the company environment as a team member
- an up to date food hygiene certificate (or be prepared to get one)
