Lovely large 2 double bedroom flat based within Trendy West London comes under Kensington (postcode givez a superb indication)

Large shared balcony with 2 others (they hardly use it) communual childrens play area

The flat has 2 large double bedrooms, which were decorated but not to our standard so currently touching up hear and there.

Large front room with Oak wooden flooring, good size bathroom and Big Kitchen! which was recently fitted by Peabody and decorated along with a new combi boiler! (so constant hot water) hall way carpet replaced 2 days ago 22 sept

The flat is in a LOW rise block only 3 floors so Ground floor then 4 sets of stairs (34 steps) which is nothing, the flat is the biggest in the block and has the RTB it is at the top so no overhead banging our block is very quiet, its situated on the front of Dalgarno Gardens, behind us is a 3 more low rise buildings with friendly community and lots to do for kids

The flat is away from the hussle and bussle of the city and 3 mins drive to the A40 to head in or out of london. Situated with great transporation links 10 diifferent bus routes, 4 underground stations (central line, Hammersmith & City line, Picadilly line). There are 3 large parks 1 is a 2min walk from the flat wigth a recently build activity adventure center for kids, loads of sport facilities also. We are very close 5mins to St Charles Hospital and Hammersmith Hospital, 10 mintue walk to the new WESTFIELD shopping center

We will consider most areas as long as its 2 bed! were not fussed about having 2 double bed, just 2 bed 1 single and 1 double etc
