Pub Chef/Cook wanted to work in a busy pub/restaurant in the affluent area of Brookmans Park, on the outskirts of Hatfield.

Live-in accommodation is available, however own transport would be an advantage, as we are quite a way out of the town.

Ideal position for someone with past experience in pub cooking, or even an enthusiastic and capable individual with a little experience, who wants to further their career within the kitchen.
As long as you can keep a cool head when it is busy, we will teach you the rest!

You need to be willing to learn and share skills and work as part of a team. You also need to be able to communicate well with others and work well under pressure. You will be working with 3 other chefs/cooks.

Wage - £6.00 - £7.00 per hour depending on experience, plus accommodation.
Hours - approx 40-45hrs per week. Some straight shifts and some splits. 2 Full days off. 4 1/2 weeks paid holiday per year.

We may be able to arrange free GNVQ qualificiation while working, if criteria is met.
