1 double room available in gay male houseshare in Stratford. The house in in a quiet street, very close to lots of shops and restaurants and about 12mn walk from Stratford station. We also have 2 local gay bars 5mn walk from the house.
Stratford is very well connected with several underground lines, the dlr, an overground line and 2 night buses. Liverpool st & the City are 5mn away by train and the West end about 25mn.
The room is fully furnished and has been recently repainted, with a double bed, a cupboard and a chest of draws.
You will be sharing with other gay professional males with an age range from 24 to 34, we are all very laid back and sociable and at the same time we respect each other privacy, so we are looking for somebody similar, a gay male professional around our age. Our range of interest includes movies, pubs, bars, travel etc...
The rent is £425 pm incl ALL bills (including wifi broadband), and a month rent will be required as a deposit.
