Concession Supervisor £15-16k plus bonus
The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated and have a real passion for the cycling industry. We need a confident communicator who has had previous supervisory experience, as they will be responsible for duty managing the store when the Concession Manager is unavailable. They will manage and motivate their team to achieve sales targets, drive the business forwards, and to deliver excellent customer service. We need someone with initiative, is self-motivated and keen to take the next step on the management ladder.
