We Are looking for a exp chef to work in a Greek/Meditterranean restaurant in Carshalton,Surrey.
This is a unusal role as the week days are generally preparing and although we are open 5 days a week,we run at a steady pace,however weekends are very busy and you will need to plate up for over 90 dinners within a 2 hour slot.
We require the following:
Experience with references within the Uk.
Smart appearance
Menu planning
Cost control
Reflexability
Full confidence of turning round FAST fresh quality food

This position requires someone to work on there own initiative at all times
Holidays will only be taken when the restaurant closes for there annual holiday during August.
Please note the no time off is given during December with all bank holidays to be worked.
