This role is not for the faint-hearted head chef, this role is full-on. The client is looking for a heavyweight and dedicated head chef to run this staff kitchen and food service.

The client is located in London and is currently seeking a corporate Head Chef to run and manage their staff restaurant kitchen. The client is looking for a highly organised and methodical head chef with a work history in a corporate environment and does not mind working overtime to get the job done. This is an immediate start for the right candidate!

The head chef will be required to produce high quality food for breakfast, lunch, evening service, grab and go and deli operation using only fresh produce. You will be responsible to drive the menus at this unit and be responsible for the day to day operation of the kitchen and oversee every aspect of the purchasing, food hygiene and health and safety. You will ensure that the quality and presentation of the food is consistent and to a high standard. The head chef must be passionate, driven and innovative.

The head chef chef will have the necessary catering qualifications, level 2 or intermediate in food hygiene, excellent culinary skills and knowledge of current food trends with a passion for food. This position requires a hands-on chef and have the ability to work under pressure. The head chef has to be business-minded and career driven to succeed and make the business a success.
