TV, wooden floors, central heating, fridge, freezer, microwave, broadband, and living room, separate bathroom to WC, bath/shower and mixer taps....). The best feature is a beautiful leafy garden with a table and chairs, wonderful for those summery evening meals and BBQ's.
You would be sharing the house with 3 other friendly house mates in their late 20's and early 30's so we are looking for someone roughly around that age. All the housemates are working professionals. We all like to socialize in the kitchen or living room and sometimes share meals but we all have our own lives and respect each others privacy.
Some of the bills are included in the rent price but gas and electricity are shared among housemates. 1 month rent in advance and 1 month deposit is required. The house is 8 min walk to Wood Green tube station. There are several buses 3 min from the house, as well as shops and take-aways. The area is really accessible as Wood Green is on Piccadilly line, which is the main tube line, connecting you to West End and the airport. Wood green has a big shopping centre, lots of restaurants and supermarkets, and all the other amenities.
