Treatment Co-ordinator
Our client a Harley street based dental and facial aesthetic clinic which houses over 20 dentist is searching for a Treatment Co-ordinatior to join them on a full time basis.
Duties will include :
•Respond to ‘Enquiry’ emails by telephone/email
•Answer telephone calls and patient queries
•Maintain high standards of patient confidentiality and be aware of Data Protection Act at all times
•Encourage open communication with Nurses, Clinicians, Finance, IT, Porter, Receptionist and Management to ensure excellent patient care
•Manage Invisalign tracking – weekly clinchecks, acceptances, submissions, outgoing and incoming deliveries, & liaise with Invisalign to resolve issues - maintain organization of Invisalign boxes within the clinic
•Manage internal/external referrals and bookings
•Type, edit and send dictated letters
•Send out monthly recall letters/emails for all Clinicians and Hygienist – follow these up with a telephone call and further follow up into follow up tab
•Contact patients and action tasks in the follow up tab – reset follow up date as necessary
•Communicate with Nurses/Clinicians to ensure all patients have treatment plans
•Minus 1’s – revisit each appointment from previous day and previous month to ensure next appointment is booked, payments have been settled, and treatment plans have been created – set follow up
•Extract COT (Course of Treatment) report on a regular basis to ensure all patients with outstanding treatment plans are being followed
•Prepare monthly report for Invisalign – new patients & accepted/rejected treatments
•Attend refresher and update training for medical emergencies and CPR
•Attend and participate in practice events and weekly meetings
•Act in accordance with the practice rules and code of conduct
You must have relevent documentation to work in the UK
Have SOE experience and have worked previously within a dentistry environment.
Must be able to type , outlook and word experience essential
Energetic and able to work flexible hours as the role will involve working some later evenings.
Salary will depend on experience £22-24K plus additonal bonuses.
The role is due to start in January but will involve a handover in Nov/Dec
