musicmetric is a cutting edge technology start-up providing business intelligence and trend analysis to leading companies in the music industry. Our first product launched into beta this month in conjunction with TechCrunch - http://bit.ly/25lPhq.

We are looking for an outstanding candidate who excels in their field and who is up to the challenge of working independently whilst providing crucial support to our core technical team.

The right candidate will show ambition, initiative and a desire to gain skills over and above the norm. They can expect to be a part of the team and be involved in undertaking their own projects at musicmetric.

This position is applicable to you if you are undertaking / planning to start a computer science or relevant engineering / science degree, or can show by other means your suitability to the role. A passion for music would be very useful!

Some preferred skills:

- Amazing computer skills including past programming experience.
- Development in C++/Java/Python (we mainly use Python)
- Relational databases (we use MySQL & PostgreSQL)
