I have had these top-of-the-range digital noise cancelling headphones for less than a year (no big surprise, they're not on the market yet for 12 months).

The set comes complete with the headphones, various adapters for MP3 to plane sockets etc, and a hard case carrying case. They're currently going in the ebay bidding wars above 200 quid, so my 170 quid price seems reasonable, but willing to sell it to the highest bidder who is in reasonable proximity to the asking price.

I have used them a few times on planes and trains, and they're excellent. For better or worse, a well-meaning friend sent me a second set as a gift, so I decided to sell the slightly older one. There's no scratch on them, they look like new.
