Database Research and Development Internship

KSL is a small social enterprise (www.kevinskinner.co.uk) providing events and training in the health and social care sector. We are looking for an intern to help us with telephone research and database development

Duties include:
- Identifying markets to promote our company services
- Develop current databases and creating new ones to market materials to promote training, events and the company profile
- Customer relation phone calls and emails
- Telephone and internet research

Time scale: Two days per week for up to three months
Start date: ASAP
Location: London E1 - nearest tubes are Aldgate, Aldgate East and Liverpool Street.
Remuneration: We cover your travel and lunch expenses

Qualities: A high level of the English language both oral and written. Excellent communication skills, written, oral, email and a confident telephone manner is crucial. You must be internet savvy, enthusiastic, self motivated and pay close attention to detail.

This role would suit a student with an interest or knowledge in health and social services seeking a work placement. Or a recent social science or market research graduate who wants experience of working in a small, close-knit entrepreneurial environment.
