About the Reservations Agent Job
We are currently recruiting for a Reservations Agent to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an award winning team with a reputation for excellence throughout the industry.
To be successful in your application for the position of Reservations Agent, you must possess the following:
Essential
Previous experience as a Reservations Agent
A proven track record and background in 5* properties
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Well spoken
Team player
Excellent telephone manner
Outstanding organisation skills
Superb attention to detail
Outstanding customer service skills and an approachable and friendly manner
The right to work in the United Kingdom
Desirable
Previous Fidelio experience
Reservations Agent Hours: 40 hours a week (5 days out of 7, including weekends)
