We have a nice friendly house where we have a kitty of £5pcm to share the house hold cleaning stuff. We also share the the tea and coffee. We have a cleaning rosta so we all get to do the scrub down. There may be off road parking to the right person.
The house has broadband and virgin box, as well as a landline. all bills are split evenly.
Require £600 deposit and 1 mths rent of £600pcm not incl bills.
