We are looking for a Head Chef with good knowledge in modern British Food.
This busy 80 cover restaurant is based in Soho.
The position might be suitable for a strong Sous Chef who is currently employed, but keen to move on and establish a name for him/herself.
The candidate would be working with our Head Chef for at least a month until his departure at the end of this year.
The following skills are essential:
Excellent English
A proven track record in achieving GP margins, stock control
Food hygiene knowledge
Creation of daily specials
Good interpersonal skills
Hands on approach
Leading by example
