The flat is situated in an old house in a quiet street of South Kensington, Roland Gardens to be exact. It is just 5 minutes walk from both South Kensington and Gloucester Road tube stations.

There are all kinds of amenities and services nearby: a Sainsbury's, a M&S a Tesco, Waitrose, tons of lovely restaurants, many fun and cosy pubs and a cinema just a street away. Also, just a few minutes walk away are the trendy Fulham road and King's road.

The room available is really huge only bad thing is, it has a single bed which could possibly be changed. Positives though, It has brand new carpets, a huge window and as the room is the top floor it has the charm of sloped ceilings. It also has a huge walk in closet/eaves storage where you can fit suitcases clothes and much more.

Both the flat and room are fully furnished with everything you would expect to find: wardrobe, small table for doing work, etc.

There's a spacious kitchen/living room, 1 bathroom with a separate toilet. The room is a real bargain for the area

About us: You would be sharing the flat with 3 friendly professionals in their 20's, an animator a designer and a student. We're ideally looking for someone friendly and sociable and who can keep in with the generally harmony of the apartment which shouldn't be too hard as we are quite relaxed and considerate.

You would also share the flat with two cute cats, Suki and Kasper :)

The room is available immediately as we had someone ready to take it but due to unforeseen circumstances, they had to pull out!
