I have a gorgeous council flat set in a quiet cul de sac in Handsworth, Birmingham, with a very large bedroom. The living room, kitchen and bedroom overlook the garden which is lovely on a sunny day. Their are nice neighbours on each side. Although there is work to do in the bathroom and kitchen to bring these up to date. Handsworth is a great place to live and to be honest, I am only moving because I want to be closer to my children in London.

The flat is in walking distance of Perry Barr and Birmingham City University. With excellent transport links.
