Prime Property is a well established Estate Agent in Central London. Due to our recent expansion, an exciting and rare opportunity has become available.
We are looking for an exceptionally bright individual who can share our passion for properties. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone to join one of the most successful property companies in central London getting involved above three, Property Photography, using the Web to upload and create property broachers and finally Market and send property details and letters to clients.

The role:
• Take photographs and draw floor plans of new properties.
• Manage and communicate with all new and existing clients about the marketing status of their properties. Regularly update tenant, landlord and property records.
• Use our bespoke software packages to upload new properties and description to Prime Property’s website and the other marketing web portals.
• Research using the web and other resources to find new properties
• Write marketing/ canvassing letters and organise mail shots.
• Book appointments on behalf of the sales team for viewings and valuations.
• General assistance and administrative duties

Personal Qualities
• Strong organisational and communication skills, both oral and written
• Self motivated, extremely professional
• Confident telephone manner
• Good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Hard Working
• Target Driven
• Full driving license required
