From January a new post has arisen for a HLTA to become part of the management team at this very well established and very reputable Primary school in Camden.

This is an ideal opportunity to really make an impact where you will have full responsibility for managing the schools other Teaching Assistants (TA’s) in their planning and preparation of the classrooms. As an experienced HLTA you will also be required 3 days a week to work in class and support the teachers and TA’s and for the remaining 2 days you will actually be responsible for your own class in the class teachers absence.

This really is the next step to becoming a primary teacher and for those who can rise to the challenge will be given rivalled support and encouragement from the Headteacher and the SENCO to achieve and progress your career with the school.

The school has an excellent reputation within the borough and the Head will only interview candidates that have experience, enthusiasm, motivation and empathy for young children.
