Tried to post that in French, but apparently, it’s not allowed...
So here’s the English version:

After two years in this city, I came to the conclusion that English men and I would never see eye to eye.
They don’t understand me, I don’t understand them. Insuperable cultural differences.
Pretty busy at the moment, not a lot of free time on my hands, but when things are calmer in a month or so, I would really like to meet up with an adorable and handsome French man who could become a friend, and who wouldn’t serve me all the shit English men love to serve me after they’ve had ten drinks. Before that, they don’t dare talking to me.
According to English standards, I’m apparently hot. I wouldn’t trust them though. According to French standards, I’ve got something. According to me, I’m simply comfortable in my own shoes, although as a typical girl I always find myself too fat (best way not to turn into a fatty I believe), but I live it pretty well and it doesn’t prevent me from eating when I’m hungry, and I’m definitely under the average English dress size for women.
According to most English men, I’m absolutely crazy. According to the French, I’m fucking funny.
According to me, I’m a bit of everything and its opposite, simple and complicated at the same time. I dream about love all the time, although I’m a bit disillusioned at the moment.
I would love to meet someone special, sincere, comfortable in his own shoes. Someone who knows what a relationship between two people entails, and who isn’t only interested in consuming women as long as some keep saying yes.

To be clear, I’m not looking to settle down, I don’t intend to marry anyone anytime soon, nor to have his babies or move in together. I’m not even sure what it is I really want to be honest. I’ve had more than my share of men, but I’m still hoping to meet one to whom I’ll want to give my heart. Then, I’ll see.

But well, it’s gumtree, I’m not hoping for a miracle. A real good French friend in London, that would suit me very well. And FYI, I don’t sleep with my friends... (just in case you’d have caught that English disease that make people believe it’s perfectly fine to shag their friends when they have no one else to do)
