What we want!
We are currently looking for strong and passionate Sous Chefs to join our brigades throughout London. Applicants must have previous experience in a Sous Chef position in a quality driven establishment. The ideal candidate will be motivated and have a genuine passion for food and quality. You will be able to work in a busy environment and thrive under pressure. Superior leadership and creative skills are essential. Having an excellent overview of your team is of paramount importance, as well as being able to move the menu and kitchen forward.

The food reflects simple modern English cuisine, made from only the finest ingredients and produce. Daily / seasonal menu changes occur, allowing for creative contributions. Sound training experience, HR and disciplinary experience is essential. Being responsible for the back of house operations, you must be equipped with proficient computer and administration skills.

Salary
We offer a payment of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum (depending on site and experience), based on a seven shift, five day rota.
