Job Title: Chef de Partie
Hours: 5 days out of 7
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000
Location: Private Members Club, Central London

Job Description:
A members only club/hotel is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie. As a Chef de Partie you will be assisting in the preparation and cooking of food. This would be a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie who wants to learn and has the passion and commitment to work in a great environment.

Qualifications/ Experience Required:
You will have experience at Chef de Partie Level in or out of London within a high standard kitchen. Looking for someone with a NVQ Level 1 and 2 Professional Cookery or equivalent.

Candidate Profile:
" Experience of working in a busy kitchen environment.
" Knowledge of food and food hygiene.
" Able to work under pressure.
" Effective interpersonal skills.
" Well presented and has good communication skills
