Membership Sales Consultant

Our sales consultants are vital to the success of our business. Often the first contact our members receive; we recognise the importance of your role in the club.

Responsible for the entire sales cycle you will be confident in the ability to generate your own business and actively market the facilities to potential new members. You will also be confident in touring prospective members, closing sales and building relationships to leverage mutually beneficial relationships with our members.

You will need to be passionate about the product and everything that goes with it. You will have a passion for where you work, taking time to understand every department within the club.

You will need to be

• Goal orientated, motivated to succeed
• Pro-Active in generating your own business
• Happy selling face to face and over the phone, able to build rapport quickly
• Experienced with working in an intense target led environment where performance is monitored, and equally well rewarded
• Computer literate

£18,000 Basic with uncapped OTE £30,000 plus
