We are an exclusive online fashion retailer, offering a work placement supporting our Operations Team during an exciting period of rapid growth. Initially the role is unpaid (though expenses will be covered). For the right candidate there is the possibility this placement will become a longer term, paid position.

Previous ecommerce experience is not required, but you will need to be well organised and methodical and have a keen eye for detail. Ideally you will be interested in ladies fashion and want to develop key business skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college or university graduate to gain experience in online fashion retail.

Main Responsibilities

• Overseeing samples process; receipting and QA checks, arranging delivery to photographic studio and warehouse.

• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure everything is in place for each sale (e.g. chasing shipments before sale, reworking stock, reporting delivery discrepancies)

• Support Operations Co-ordinators to ensure purchase orders and sample sheets are received and processed in time for sale

• General administration including; basic reporting, process checks, internal and external communications.

Immediate start, 5 days per week, 9:30am – 6pm.
